Business Continuity Assessment Process
During our business continuity assessment process, we evaluate your current business continuity plan, including information and physical security infrastructures, and identify gaps that increase your information risk. The result of the engagement is a comprehensive analysis of our findings and detailed recommendations on how to prepare for disaster. Once you’ve approved the plan, we post it at our client-protected web site, so it’s always there when you need it.
Testing
Our support team works with your disaster recovery staff to define test objectives, prepare the environment for testing, provide both technical and operations support, and conducts a post-test review to ensure that testing leads to a successful recovery effort. All 411 SOLUTIONS clients receive 32 hours of test time per year, which can be scheduled continuously or in 8-hour shifts over multiple days.
